Prof. Paolo Carbone

Prof. Paolo Carbone is a world-renowned expert in the field of instrumentation and measurement, particularly known for his extensive work on ADC and DAC characterization, digital signal processing, and measurement uncertainty. He has a long-standing history with IMEKO, having served as the President of the International Measurement Confederation. His research significantly contributes to the theoretical and practical foundations of modern digital instrumentation, making him a cornerstone figure for the TC4 community.
Prof. Jiří Tesař
Director of the Czech Metrology Institute (CMI)
Prof. Jiří Tesař serves as the Director of the Czech Metrology Institute, the national authority ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of measurements in the Czech Republic. With deep expertise in metrological infrastructures, legal metrology, and the implementation of international standards, Prof. Tesař bridges the gap between high-level academic research and industrial application. Prof. Kruno Miličević

Prof. Kruno Miličević is a researcher specializing in the intersection of electrical engineering, metrology, and digital technologies for measurement systems. He is actively engaged in several international metrology and standardization initiatives, including chair roles within IMEKO (IMEKO TC6 WG Software) and within other digitalisation-oriented working groups (WG Digitalization in EUROLAB and the Croatian Metrology Society). His research and professional activities connect emerging approaches such as privacy-preserving analytics and secure data processing with the development of modern digital measurement infrastructures, smart sensors, and data-driven instrumentation.
