Prof. Paolo Carbone
University of Perugia, Italy
Prof. Paolo Carbone is a world-renowned expert in the field of instrumentation and measurement, particularly known for his extensive work on ADC and DAC characterization, digital signal processing, and measurement uncertainty. He has a long-standing history with IMEKO, having served as the President of the International Measurement Confederation. His research significantly contributes to the theoretical and practical foundations of modern digital instrumentation, making him a cornerstone figure for the TC4 community.
Dr. Jiří Tesař
Director of the Czech Metrology Institute (CMI)
Dr. Jiří Tesař serves as the Director of the Czech Metrology Institute, the national authority ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of measurements in the Czech Republic. With deep expertise in metrological infrastructures, legal metrology, and the implementation of international standards, Dr. Tesař bridges the gap between high-level academic research and industrial application. His leadership at CMI is pivotal for maintaining the traceability and calibration excellence that underpins the European metrological landscape.
Prof. Kruno Miličević
Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Croatia
Prof. Kruno Miličević is a prominent researcher specializing in nonlinear electrical circuits, chaos theory applications, and advanced signal processing. As a long-standing and active member of the IMEKO TC4 Technical Committee, his work bridges the gap between theoretical circuit analysis and practical instrumentation.
