An evening beside Charles Bridge

On the evening of the first full conference day, delegates are invited to the IMEKO TC4 Gala Dinner at Restaurace Mlýnec. The restaurant occupies a remarkable setting on Novotného lávka, with its terrace directly beneath Charles Bridge and views across the Vltava towards Prague Castle.

Part of the Zátiší Group and recognised by the Michelin Guide, Mlýnec combines a contemporary, water-inspired interior with a kitchen rooted in traditional Czech techniques and seasonal local ingredients. It is a fitting place to celebrate a conference themed Measuring the Future in one of Europe’s oldest university cities.
